Brand Photography for Lem-uhn PR

One of the biggest concerns businesses have before booking a brand photography session is how much time it will take away from the working day. The good news is that, with the right planning, it's possible to create a comprehensive library of professional images in a surprisingly short amount of time.

I recently photographed the team at Lem-uhn PR during one of their team days, capturing a wide variety of images in just 90 minutes.

The brief was to create a collection of photographs that reflected the personality of the business while providing practical content for their website, LinkedIn profiles, press features and social media. During the session we captured:

  • Individual headshots

  • Relaxed branding portraits

  • Team photographs

  • Candid working images

  • Lifestyle content showing the team collaborating together

Because the team works remotely, bringing photography into their team day made perfect sense. Everyone was together in one place, making it an ideal opportunity to update the company's visual identity without arranging multiple shoots on different dates.

My lightweight portable lighting kit means I can move quickly between locations and adapt to different spaces with minimal disruption. Whether I'm photographing headshots, collaborative working scenes or full team portraits, I can change the setup in minutes, helping to keep the energy high and the session flowing naturally.

Following the shoot, I spent time carefully editing and professionally retouching the final selection of images, ensuring the team had a polished library of photographs ready to use across all of their marketing channels.

The best part? Once the photography was finished, the team headed straight into the next activity of their away day – a game of shuffleboard!

Combining a brand photography session with a company meeting or team-building day is one of the most efficient ways to create fresh, professional imagery, especially for businesses with remote or hybrid teams.

If you're planning a team day, strategy session or company away day, it's the perfect opportunity to refresh your brand photography while everyone is together.
